It has been so long...

It has been so long since i last posted a post... I have been busy with bit torrent download... Korean shows... (Hee.. hee... ^_^)

Our little angel has learnt to sit on his own.. crawling.. umm.. this is the difficult part. He is quite lazy to crawl. He will rather roll than crawl. He still dunno how to lift up his head... And now he is expert in jumping and running in his mercedes benz (hee... hee.. walker la, of cos)...

Umm... as for milk.. that is another thing that give me a bit of headache.. Well, he prefer water so much more than milk. On the better side is that he likes porridge alot.. The porridge has to be tasty, or he will not give u face, he will only eat little bit n that's it.

After recovering from diarrhea, he doesn't like his milk like he used to do. Now he prefers water more than milk. However, this few days, he starts to drink more now. Before this, I was still thinking of changing his milk... :)

Since the beginning of December, we have been giving him porridge. At the beginning, he get choked by the porridge and fish as he doesn't know how to swallow them. Now he has porridge twice a day and slightly more 1/2 bowl at a time. And so far from what we have observed, he seems to like pork porridge more than fish porridge. Today, nanny has added in carrot in his fish porridge and he seems to like his fish porridge done in this way.

This is how he will do when I feed him porridge with nice napkin around his neck. He will get curious with it and pull to see... ^_^

Since 27 Dec 2006, I have added in Nestle rice cereal in his milk before he goes to sleep. So far so good, but today he refused to drink his milk this way. So I have no choice but to give him his Similac plain.

Gabriel starts to play with his tongue this week, not like the last time when he just show his tongue. Now he makes his tongue sharp sharp and up-down-left-right. So naughty of him... (Umm.. I will try n see whether I can get a snap shot with him doing it)

He is also very playful now. When he gets excited, he will shout out loud. When I hold him and sing song, if he likes the song, he will also sing-a-long... He will "ah..." "e...". And when I clap, he will hold my hand and follow me... So far, his favourite songs got... Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.. If you're Happy and You Know it.. Yippie Yahyah...

Bolster...

This morning, when I woke up Gabriel was still asleep. So I went out from our room to brush teeth, take shower.. and I was back, I got a shock. Gabriel was awake and playing the biggest bolster and it was on his chest. Luckily he knows how to push the thing away from his face cos that bolster is so big for him. The bolster was originally placed against the wall to prevent him from knocking his head. And our angel grabbed it and play like as though it is his small bolster...

Gabriel was bitten by mosquito.. 3 in a row...

Gabriel was bitten by mosquito. 3 places in a row... And becos of his skin is so sensitive, when mossie and insects bite him, these marks will turn dark and very difficult to fade away.

The last time he was bitten by unknown insect on his leg, the place was swollen for a few days. When I brought him for an injection, I also get doctor to see his wound. Dr Chan said since both me & Raily have sinus, it is very likely that Gabriel has sensitive skin but it is still too early to tell. Oh.. Our poor baby...

Playing with tongue & legs...

Gabriel is learning to play with his tongue and grab his legs.. and he looks so naughty...

Today, me & Raily brought him go shopping... We have taken his pictures cos he looks so cute with this clothes...

Crawling.. so difficult...

Gabriel is beginning to show signs of crawling in this week.. But he still dunno how to do it.. So, he is using his legs to push himself to the front.. Raily said that he looks like ostrich with his head down...

Just one look at his best friend, Gabriel will start talking to him.. It is so strange.. But it seems he has this special "bond" with this bear...



When we put our hand into this puppet and talk to him he will get very excited... :) So cute...

And Gabriel is enjoying his new "sofa".. (Hee hee..) Raily has put a cushion at Gabriel's back bcos I commented that his tummy will make our little angel very uncomfortable.. (Hee hee..)

Gabriel now knows how to make the funny sound with his mouth.. At first we thought he was chewing something, cos he sounds like eating things. Raily opened his mouth n see whether he has put things in his mouth or not.. Then nothing was in his mouth. He was just playing... :)

Now Raily called him "Botak Pong"... His head looks so round without his hair... :)

He still diarrhae once a while.. Like every alternate days, he will diarrhae for 2-3 times. I am still puzzling whether he can go back to his previous milk powder, Similac. Now he is on Similac LF (Lactose Free)... I have tried to give him back Similac last week, then he started to purge again.. Ai.. headache ah...

Yesterday, we brought Gabriel to shave his head cos his hair dropped so much. When he is frustrated, he will keep on turn his head. Left, right, left, right.. non-stop. His hair dropped so unevenly.

We think that the best solution is bring him to shave botak. :) His hair starts to have dead knot with the thread, etc from the pillow, bed sheet n so on...

After we brought him to mamak to have his head shaved, he looks so different.

Eyes infection...

Our little angel has eye infection.. Only the left eye..

Dr Chan has said that no kissing and sharing of towel is allowed, cos it is like "red-eyes", can pass to others... But sometimes, I still forgot cannot kiss him..

In the morning, his left eye will be like cannot open like that.. due to the eye's discharge which is orangey-yellowish...

Gabriel now has double eyelids...

Now Gabriel has double eyelids.. It all happens on 19 Oct 2006, starting from the left eye.. Then his right eyes also got double eyelids now, but I can't remember the actual date...

Umm... dunno whether is this going to be premanent...

This diarrhea and cough and flu has lead to a Bigger Eyes Gabriel.. (Hee hee...)

Now with the new double eyelids, Gabriel looks so cute...
