I have bought an Oven!!

I have bought an oven on last Saturday. Wanted to buy the Elba 42L Oven but went to a few shops, they do not carry Elba brand. Some recommend Hesstar, some recommend Faber. End up, I bought a Morgan 42L oven from LH Emart next to Tesco Puchong for RM372. Funny rite, RM372, an odd amount. ^^ Actually, it is bcos I bought a ceiling fan with installation, so the discount I get is net-off against the oven.

On the night itself, I made Peanut Butter Muffin. Got the recipe from Jess. The recipe only yields 4 muffin. Maybe my muffin cup is just too big. ^^

Here is the recipe...

花生酱满分

A：鸡蛋2个，幼糖55g，植物油50g

B：带颗粒的花生酱100g，鲜奶60g

C：底粉100g，发粉1tsp

1）蛋和糖用打蛋器搅匀，加入植物油

2）分别加入B料，继续搅匀

3）把C加入做法（2），改用刮刀以不规则方向搅拌均匀

4）用汤匙将面糊勺入纸杯八分满，180度烘25-30分钟

Ice Cream making..

I have made quite alot of ice cream for the past 3 months... Got Jackfruit (Nangka), Mango yogurt, Milo, Mango, Green Tea, Vanilla (with real Vanilla pods), Honey Lemon with soy milk, Vanilla with soy milk...

This is Jackfruit (Nangka) ice cream.. My 1st ice cream... Made by mixer, not ice cream maker...

This is Mango ice cream. This ice cream is a failure.. cos the icy textures.. Made by mixer too...

This is Milo ice cream.. This is very yummy.. creamy... Made by mixer too...

This is my Kenwood ice cream maker.. i use all my credit card points accumulated for 6-7 years to redeem the Jusco voucher to get it.. It costs RM269...

My 1st ice cream made by ice cream maker.. Green Tea.. this taste so nice, cos i add in alot of Green Tea powder.. Love this!







Umm.. Mango yogurt was finished before i remember to take a picture of it.. Vanilla.. Honey Lemon... Umm.. Think i didn't take too..

Honey Lemon has no dairy contents.. made especially for my MIL, cos she can't take dairy products...

I have not posted anything for very long.. Haha..

Ok.. My sisters have been complaining.. for me not posting anything here..

Actually, I am not busy watching Korean show la.. Nowadays, I am sleeping early. Even, if I am watching show, I am watching HK show.. Just finished 两妻时代. Before tat, I was watching 坏爱情 (Korean) show.. See this is the one I was watching when u all are here.. So I din really watch much shows la..

Oh.. I have tried to make 白糖糕 this afternoon, it turns out to very nice.. And the steps are easy. I got the recipe from Florence's blog.
